After working across fifty NHS organisations and seeing the same challenges, we founded collabor8 with a mission to work with healthcare teams and leaders to replace complex processes with streamlined, efficient tools for better care.
Founded by experts with frontline NHS experience, collabor8 was built to solve the operational bottlenecks that hinder healthcare delivery. We combine high-level management consultancy with our proprietary performance software FLOORPLAN® to optimise time, space, and workforce productivity. Our commitment is providing the strategic tools, evidence, and real-world interventions needed to sustain excellence in service delivery.
Management Team
Dr. Rhys Jefferies
Rhys oversees delivery and value provision ensuring NHS partners experience the quality and assurance of our services. Rhys has a background in clinical physiology, academia, and has a PhD in implementation science.
Dr. Motaz Elgizawy
Motaz heads up product design bridging transformation experience and subject matter expertise. Motaz was previously an orthopaedic surgeon and has an MBA specialising in healthcare innovation and AI.
Nora El-Shafei
Nora leads marketing and product management. As a seasoned marketing leader, board member and med-tech owner of Hi-Med, where Nora drove growth in the medical equipment sector, winning the Highest Growth Award for Hamilton Medical.
